At Ozark, we strive for unmatched quality that puts us above most competitors by using a high-quality tool with optimized designs and a rock-solid process.
We also run a flash-free process, meaning there is no excess metal needing to be trimmed off the components after they are made.
With our components, we can eliminate flashing, which allows us to handle higher volume orders at a faster pace than most competitors. We achieve this by using top-of-the-line machines that provide a tight seal on our molds and drive metal through our molds with high-pressure plungers.
The components we make are very precise, following a strict measurement guide that normally can only be achieved through the CNC process. However, with die casting capabilities, we can meet these specifications through the die casting process.
This allows for fast shipping and more durable quality parts and functions at a wider range of temperatures. Zinc components, because of this factor, have a longer lifespan than most plastic components.
