Ozark Die Casting was founded by Barclay Smith in 1979 and was located in St. Louis, MO. In 1994, Ozark Die Casting was purchased by Lloyd Stahlman, Gary Land, and John Brueggemann. In 1998 Ozark completed construction of a new plant in St. Clair, MO located 50 miles southwest of St. Louis MO.
Since that time we have expanded to over 60,000 sq ft. Today Ozark produces over 1,250,000 zinc die castings each week and can do high volume production orders as well as low volume. We remain focused on quality parts and on-time delivery. We are capable of producing miniature parts and larger parts up to 5 pounds with value-added operations such as drilling, tapping, CNC machining, finishing, etc…
In most cases, we help the customer design their parts to simplify the process by running a flash-free part that will not require unnecessary trimming, which saves cost by reduced labor. Our end markets include appliances, automotive, computer, consumer products, hardware, industrial machinery, recreational, etc. We can help you implement your project from developing a prototype to designing and building the tooling to produce your zinc die casting.
