Decades of Expertise in Zinc Die Casting

Founded in 1979 by Barclay Smith in St. Louis, MO, Ozark Die Casting began with a mission to deliver high-quality zinc castings with exceptional customer service. In 1994, the company was purchased by Lloyd Stahlman, Gary Land, and John Brueggemann, marking the start of a new chapter.

By 1998, we completed construction of a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in St. Clair, MO, 50 miles southwest of St. Louis. Since then, we’ve expanded our capabilities and now produce over 1.25 million zinc die castings every week, handling both high-volume and low-volume production. From miniature parts to components weighing up to 5 pounds, Ozark Die Casting continues to innovate and grow while staying true to its roots.
